Garnet Cabochon Ring from Jerusalem Flea Market

Hello everyone—apologies for messing up the original post. Hopefully this one works. I purchased this beautiful ring from a flea market in Jerusalem. The seller told me that the maker's mark is European but I’m not sure. Is anyone able to identify it?
