not sure about hall marks - would like some help

I came across a very pretty spoon with hallmarks that I cannot identify. I apologize in advance, as I'm sure these are not London marks, but I had no idea where to post the question. I was hoping someone could make sense of them. Rat tail design is interesting, though handle is way more elaborate than I have seen on old English spoons

I'm also having a very hard time attaching photos from Google Drive to here, thus I included a link to the whole album below

Hi and welcome to the Forum.

Please embed your images within your post as not everybody is willing to click on links. https://postimages.org is recommended as an image host (after uploading your picture/s click 'Share', then copy and paste the 'Hotlink for forums' code to embed your images). Do not use Photobucket or Dropbox and, as you have found, Google Drive is not suitable either. A good clear picture of the hallmarks and one of the item itself is about all that is necessary.

Remember to use the 'Preview' button before submitting your post. If your images don't show up there we won't be able to see them either.
