Please help with identifying the Belgian silver maker's mark.

Hi Mitrich,

Belgian hallmarks, used 1832-1869, 1st standard 934/1000, Minerva head Brussels regional assay office letter A. Maker's mark JA with arrow in the middle for Joseph Philippe Allard, silversmith and banker, director of the Mint. He was born in Brussels 5-2-1805 and died in Uccle 10-10-1877. Active in Brussels 1827-1851.
