Help needed in identyfing silver mark with lion holding a swort/ 14 loth

Post by luki-g »

Hello again,
I am hoping that this time also I will find some advice from you.

I bought this silver tea pot which is most probably German or Baltic but can not find this silver marks in any of my reference books nor online.

Can anyone identify it? I will appreciate your help.

Dear Theoderich, thank you very much for such a detailed information!
on the other note - can you advise how one can access the database, link to which you posted?

With best regards,
Lukasz

So much power and so few have access to it. It should stay that way, otherwise no one would ask questions here anymore.
