Lion Passant, Q and...? Antique Asparagus Tongs

Having trouble finding this combination anywhere. Any input would be greatly appreciated! On one side of tongs is a Right facing Lion Passant then a Q then what looks like a muddled cameo. On other side of tongs is, in descending order WL, WF, WC..
