sterling silver hallmark?
hello can you tell me about this item's hallmarks> who is master and if it is sterling silver or other silver Fineness? thx

Not a specialist of jewels, but the Minerva is most probably the "bordeless Minerva" for small guarantee mark for 800/1000 silver, punched from 1994 to now.

It would be quite difficult to identify the silversmith mark, since I do not know any reference book that detail very contemporary French makers' marks like yours.

The hallmark of the Minerva head has been employed since the 16th of July 1984, not 1994 as stated above. It is employed on small silver items of at least 800/1000 fineness, and is also struck on second-hand items if they have a French maker's mark.
The maker's mark is more difficult, I haven't been able to locate it in my books, but this could be because your bracelet might be very recent. I appears to read Ste ICB or Ste JCB. Ste stands for Société or company.
