Maker for sterling brooch

Hi! I was wondering if anyone new the maker for this Mexican piece. The initials look like JPM or JPH. Thanks in advance for any help.

Pretty piece! It appears to be a JPM to me with an Eagle 2. This is referenced in Billie Hougart's book as a recorded maker but with no info on the person other than the signature occasionally includes Iguala.

Another of Mexico's many skilled silversmiths.
