Hello!
This is Dutch. Here is a translation using Google.

Кто хочет плыть или плавать без большой опасности
Сначала он должен разделить свою ношу поровну

Время помнит Старика
Тервейл Ваша молодежь тоже может работать

т Дж. С. Гёт; в открытом поле, чтобы вместе насладиться общением
Отцы тоже, и никто не покинет Лакена.

Кто приносит что-то бедным
К Себе, Тогда Обманутому

Весь мир хорош.
Поппе – Хорошо.

Ii is in old Dutch, I believe the English translation could be something like this;

He who wants to sail or or go sailing without great danger
Must first distribute its load evenly

Think of the old man in time, while your youth can still work

It is yes good; to enjoy ourselves together in the open field
The fathers (ancestors) did it too, and no one will blame

He who brings something to the poor
also has himself in mind

All the world's stuff is just doll stuff

Google translate to Russian;
Тот, кто хочет ходить под парусом или идти под парусом без большой опасности
Сначала необходимо равномерно распределить нагрузку.

Подумайте о старике вовремя, пока ваша юность еще может работать.

Это да, хорошо; чтобы вместе наслаждаться обществом в открытом поле
Отцы (предки) тоже так делали, и никто не будет винить

Тот, кто приносит что-то бедным
также имеет в виду себя

Все вещи в мире — просто кукольные вещи.

Could you please shows some better images of the engraved scenes, and all marks? Thanks.

Peter.

I also used a translator, Google gives such a bad result that it is absolutely impossible to understand the meaning of the translated text, so I turned to the forum to help native speakers with the translation, if not in Russian, then at least in English. Here is a clearer image
