Norwegian Hallmark Info -- T or K Olsen

Hello! I have a vase with engraving dating it to 1920 -- it was a presentation for Best Boat in a regatta in Bergen. I have attached photos. Two questions: does anyone recognize the mark (simply T or K Olsen, and 830 S underneath), and if so, is it made in Bergen? Thanks for any help here. BTW, Bergens Motorbaatforening is still in business! Thanks, Wendy

Possibly Theodor Olsen, Bergen. The company was founded in 1868, and is still in business, making flatware and hollowware. It's the only silvermaker named Olsen I can find in Bergen.
