On one knife, trademarks " HARRISON BROS & HOWSON CUTLERS TO HIS MAJESTY" "ALPHA RUSTLESS",

On all Table Knives, trademarks "EVANS & MATTHEWS BIRMINGHAM" , "ALPHA RUSTLESS",

It seems this set is made in England. but can't find what those hallmarks are?

Hello.
Those are British silverplate marks.
Not sure, but I think Evans and Mathews was a retailer.

Check here for Harrison Brothers and Howson:

The mark CROISDALE over LEEDS has also been found on Alpha Rustless knife blades, as well as used on Cut Throat razors.
