Austrian? German? Open Salt #2

This is another of my Mom's swan salts, appears to be an "11" löthige mark along with a "B" in oval. Anyone recognize these marks? Thanks!

Not sure if it will be any more of a clue, but after reviewing my old notes realized that there is another mark, barely visible in solder surrounding the nut on the base - a serif "S" in a square cartouche.
