Norwegian Server - Marthinsen? O.F.?

This lovely pastry server appears to have two maker's marks if the one on the right is the Marthinsen crescent mark. Any ideas on "O.F." and dating for this piece? Thanks!

The patters name is "Bonde Rokokko" and was made from 1923 to 1928 by Th. Marthinsen in TÃ¸nsberg,
I think that "OF" is Olaus FÃ¸rlie in Halden and he has sold it.
