Hi. I need help identifying the mark on this cruet set. It looks like a wreath with a candle in the middle. The piece is also marked Sterling and 4355.

Just a follow up: There is apparently still no sample of a Wilcox and Waggoner mark. That said, Rainwater shows two different versions of the sword and wreath mark. The first is inverted and could be mistaken for a torch or candle. The wreath has a basketry like design to it. The second mark appears closer to the Watson Company inherited version with the wreath looking more like laurel leaves.
