help hallmarks on 3 spoons

Please me with this, as I am new to this..and hoping to understand these marks correctly. The marks are in this order...here is what I dechiper..(or are these spoons fakes?) left to right 1) duty mark-1834-1890 2) "C" =1838 -not sure of this 3)standard mark=Sterling .925 4) uncrowned leapard= London, England. 5) makers mark--I have no idea who.. looks like an "I" followed by an "I-L" or "L-L"

Now it opens! I suspect the makers mark is

In which case, John and Henry Lias of London.

I am puzzled by the small diamond mark - is there anything inside it? Could be an import mark?

Thank you Neruda!! The diamond may be an import mark I purchased them here in the US. Do you think the date mark is correct at 1838?, it would go inline with the duty mark. I'm finding it difficult to match any of the "C" or "D" marks in referance. Jim

Looks like the "C" for 1838. If the diamond is indeed an import mark, it's not for the US, as such marks were never used.

I suspect the diamond mark is, most likely, a tally or journeyman's mark.
