Help with I.D. on Candlesticks please

Post by Alizerin »

Hello Everyone,

I just picked up these two candlesticks, 5" long (tip to tip) and three inches hight. Leaves with a couple flower buds. Hand etched on the bottom is "F22097 HLK" However, it could be H/K. Pictures are attached. If unknown can anyone give me a date estimate based on how they are made? There's a deep scratch in one that gives no hint to the metal beneath. (the number is the same on both). Also, hard to tell in pics but they do have a mold line straight through center.

Thank you in advance!

The seam is only on the stem. Base is sold. (Just want to give all info).
Someone said it looked french?

Just had a few more pics to add (I'm having fun cleaning them up). One pic of the seam on the stem and one of the deeper scratches. Also, after some cleaning there's three leaf clovers just under the lip.

Would very much like to hear any thoughts. Thanks!
