Another request for maker's mark ID on flatware

You guys are amazing here, so I thought if anyone would know who this maker may be, it would be you folks! Here is a pic:

Hello, I believe this is a retailer's mark, the mark of the department store "Grand Magasin du Louvre" in Paris. Best wishes, Bahner
