Help Identifying makers mark on very old spoons
Hello, I hope someone can help me indentify these old spoons. A 90 year old woman left them to me. I think they were her Mother's or Grandmother's. There is an A inside a triangle on each end , there is a rectangle with the letters ICB and there is a rectangle with 13 1/3 in between the triangle A's. They seem to have marks similar to Finland and Germany mixed. I do not have the resources to find out anything else so please help if you can. Thank you and God Bless.

Thanks for the advise
I did polish them amd I can see that the letters are definately ICB with a dot in the middle of the C. Any new Ideas? Thanks for your help.
Finland?
Finland may be a good guess, the A's are very similar to the mark of the city of Turku (Ã…bo). And smiths there used to write out the purity in lots as on these spoons. However the absence of firstly; the national assay mark, secondly; of the date letter, does leave this in doubt.I have also checked the masters mark against T.Borg, Gold- and Silversmiths of Finland and found no match. That said both the design and marks on these spoons have a very finnish/nordic feel.
new information
After I polished the spoon a faint engraving showed up. It has three initials and a date of 1865. That may or may not help with identifying the makers mark. Thank you for all your investigative time. I sincerely appreciate it.

Maker could it be IGH?
We have a Johan Georg Henrichsen in Arendal Norway.
Thougt the A in triancle is NOT similar to the Arendal city mark in the book.
