Need help identifying Norwegian marks

I guess I am supposed to only ask about one mark per post as my previous post has had the pictures deleted for the other 2 spoons. Following is the second mark and I will post another with the 3rd in it. Thank you for all your help. This website and forum are one of the most informative sites I have found. I believe this is a Norwegian spoon but I cannot find any info on the mark. I hope you can help. Thank you.

Arne Hansen, Trondheim, Norway (c. 1969), used an AH mark.

It could also be A. Houen, Kragerø, 1894-1926,
or Arnt Hovland, Arendal, 1907-1942
