German Silver Marks Pre 1886 - Help with Maker and Date

I need help with identifying the maker but most importantly the date of this item. I believe the 3 stars indicate that it was made in Norden City (http://www.925-1000.com/Fgerman_marks_b1884_3.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). And since it doesn't have the moon and crown it must be pre 1886. Any information will be much appreciated. thank you

Hello, looks like Hanau pseudo marks, possibly Roth. This is more recent, probably first half of the 20ieth century. Best wishes, Bahner
