First of all I know you are supposed to enclose two images. But the object is quite a plain spoon with hart shaped impression on the top underside of the handle. It was picked up in a Dutch junk shop along with some clear to define items. I have a problem establishing the marks, There is no letter stamp to define year and no numeric indication of purity. It is not Alpacca. Its weight and tarnish indicates silver. It is not plate. Any help would be appreciated. Here are the stamp marks:
