Sugar tongs : James Beebe ?

I like to double check the maker of these tongs with you if you like.
Can they be atributed to James Beebe?

Hi Alain.

John P. Fallon's book on London Silversmiths (1837-1914) shows some of James Beebe's marks.

I was not 100% shure it was James Beebe, because of the dot on top of the J.
