This is the mark on a sugar sifter. It is a Copenhagen marks for 1866, assay master Simon Groth, but I cannot trace the maker. CAn any one help?

Christian A Bierager (Bjerager) born Kristianssand 1813. Citienship 29 april 1842.
In 1858 he establish a spoon factory (sucessfully) dead 1883 vidow continues business as "A. Flerons Bestikfabrik" that continues untill 1906 where it is taken over by Cohr Silverware factory in Fredericia.
