Identifying makers mark on 900 silver bowl

I am trying to identify this silver bowl. It is marked 900 silver and has a makers mark on the inside bottom of the bowl. I have been extensively through my ID books and this website and haven't been able to find a similar mark. I think it is either older amercan (pre 1860) or international.

I'll try and take a closer picture - difficult to get - but maybe I can blow it up a bit more so you can see it better.
