Help Identifying Silver Maker on Candellabras

Post by sprockett »

I have a set of candellabras, which I believe to be sterling silver and they stand approx. 17 3/4 inches high. They are 3-light and convertible.

I appreciate any help in identifying the silver maker, etc.

Thank you!

Hi there, they're not sterling, but their marks have a story in plate of one kind or another which you might like to join in on? Your pieces seem to me, by their marks, to be part of that story too. :-)

If you'd prefer a quick fix to your question, on the other hand, you may prefer to stear clear... :-))

Best regards,

No they are not forgeries of any maker, they are silverplate and marked with silverplate trademark stamps.
