11" Plate with C.S. & Lion or Dragon marks

I have an 11" plate that I know nothing about. Is it silver plate or other? Below are pictures of the marks. can you help identify? Thanks!

The CS mark is one that we have not been able to identify.

The pieces I have seen with this mark have all been silverplated.

Thanks for the reply. I saw that picture of the C.S. initials on the unitdentified mark site, but this is just a little bit different, so I thought maybe that might have meant something. Hopefully someone full of vast knowledge will see my post someday & be able to answer. Thanks again...I really enjoy the site. Very helpful!

Hello Lovin-

I agree with you, the styles of the two C.S.'s do look very different; perhaps your mark could be added next to the one that already exists? Also, I feel stupid here... but where have I seen that lickin' lion before? I just cannot remember. (anyone... anyone...)
