From Spain is the first time tha i entry in the forum. I have a vintage gold cigarette case (art deco?). The mark is very little for make a photo. With a magnifying glass i draw the mark. Also have a number interior 3757 18.
The mark that you have drawn looks like the French export "obus" mark. It is the maker's initials and symbol with the karat fineness below. They began using these marks for export in 1884 and are still in use.
This mark was also applied to items that were under the legal minimum fineness, and could not be sold in France. These marks would be void of a fineness designation, containing just the maker's mark.
Hope this helps.
