Pls help identify Nathanial Mills fork, bird mark?

Post by Ont2 »

First, I am not sure if I have correctly identified the makers mark as Nathaniel Mills. The fork is marked: 830S, circle with a bird inside (sitting on a branch?), N (dot) M. Any iformation about this fork is greatly appreciated. Not sure if fork is silver, silver plate or??? Fork color is silver. Thanks in advance! Please click on links to see fork pics.

Hello and welcome.

That is not the mark of Nathaniel Mills.
Check out Brodrene Mylius of Norway here:

Thanks Pat for a quick reply and the great info. regarding my fork. I bought this little fork because I liked it and had not a clue to who made it. Thanks again!
