Can anyone please help identifying this Silver Plated Candle Snuffer.

Hello and welcome.

The last four marks are pseudo marks and they don't tell us much.

The letters PS could stand for "Plated Steel" which would mean your snuffer is close plated.
This would date it to before electroplating was developed in the mid 19th century.

Hello from Munich,
yes it is close plate and the the "mirror" (last mark) was registered in 1812 for Joseph Gilbert of Birmingham. The marks PS for plated steel was only used till 1860.
