The marks appear to be London 9 carat gold, with no import mark. The 2nd mark from the end (next to the Leopards Head London Town mark) looks to be the date mark, but is unclear. the sponsor I believe is David Sutton & Sons.
Where were these marks? as they do not appear to be from inside the case.

The band,The band and case are molded/soldered as one piece,so where would I find a list of date marks on the site or web adn maybe having the piece can destinguish it. And thanks,I will loook inside the case, those marks look the same and maybe they are clearer.

Looking inside the case,Has the same marks but of course without wear from age.The mark (date mark) is a n inside a circle.I tried to find that mark but the tables I don't think go that high. When was the circle used? And when was the n used?
thanks and hope this helps.

Hi,

From your description it sounds like 1968.

A photo of the case marks would confirm.
