Post by rusei »

Hi!

Can anybody help me find out where this mark comes from?
I suggest it is silver plate, but which manufacture and what means 000/916 and the star?

Hi,

I believe Spain used the 916/1000 standard prior to 1934.

Hi,

I suspect so, the mark on the far left, I believe would be that of the maker, but it would be good to hear from other members with more knowledge of Spanish marks.

In the meantime, can you post a photo of the whole piece?

I made a better photo of two items. So we can see more details.
We have a makers mark B59.
The pieces I got are parts of a flatware.
