Hello and welcome.

Those are Russian Cyrillic letters.
What appears to be MHU refer to the material it was made of, a copper, nickel and zinc alloy.

The numbers to the right were the price. 1 Ruble, 20 Kopeks.

and it was made post war at Kolchugino factory (grouse mark), the biggest in USSR.
