Help identifying marks, please

Hello,
I need help in identifying this, please. I found it in a very, very poor condition some time ago. Since then I have looked at this site and some others and cannot find this hallmark. There is another mark: “800M” on the bottom. I don't know if it's silver plated...
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
Nice piece! believe the circular fish (maybe dolphin?) mark is Genoa, 1824 to 1870's.
