Scottish? Sterling Lion Brooch maker "RA"

I cannot seem to find these marks for this brooch. The design looks Scottish to me, but the marks don't resemble Scottish marks. I believe that this is most likely a later piece (probably late 20th century). Does anyone know anything about the marks?

I looked at the Scottish marks after I read your post and I still didn't see it. I don't think I ever would have identified this one without your help.
