Who is JRW & S?

I have a sterling serving spoon. The marking on it is JRW & S. I checked in the American Sterling marks area and could not find anything. This serving spoon dates back from about the 1880's from the San Francisco area in the USA. Thanks again in avance you guys are super. Happy holidays.
