range unknown hallmarks

Ornate teapot with black handle. HAs 925 between an upsidedown u imprinted between four radiating lines. Otherside of 925 has t in italics. Also has 2. Also has a triangle of 3 circles within has I B B. Also has poorly formed lion with numbers 1709 clockwise.
I know this sound garbage and picture would obvioulsy help.
But can anyone help?

The upside down U with radiating lines is the british hallmark for imported silver prior to 1975. The letter t is for 1934.
