I don’t think so; these appear to be Dutch, from the city of Delft. The marks (in order):
Crowned “A” = Delft date letter for 1753 (or, less likely, given the style, 1778)
Crowned
Delft arms = Delft city mark
D:G = maker’s mark of Dirk van de Goorberg, working in Delft 1747-1811
Crowned lion = fineness guarantee of .934
Dutch marks are faked, but these - and the candlesticks - look fairly convincing. But this is definitely the sort of thing that demands an expert's hand-on evaluation - photographs and verbal descriptions can only tell you so much.
