Need help Identifying what it is

I know it a sterling silver spoon made in london by Goldsmiths & Sliversmiths co. Ltd. in 1903, but I have no clue what type of spoon it is, if someone could help with some information on it that would be great!

Alright so I guess it's a Solid Silver Sweetmeat helper? It was on the same page as the fruit dishes.

I can't view the catalogue either, but I would have said it was a punch strainer.

In American parlance, likely to be termed a bon-bon spoon or scoop. Oddly, could find no reference in the G&S catalog, which is searchable, for "punch", "strainer" or "sieve".
