French Bowl - any idea of age and maker

Hi - can anyone help with this small silver bowl. I presume it is French. Old engraved initials around the rim L ABINEN? Hallmarked to the base: A fleur de lys above an M?. Makers mark appears to be a figure with outstretched arms with the letters C and C (or could be G) at the end of each arm. All this below a duck, below a crown.
It is 5.5 inches across the handles.
