it looks similar to klagenfurt in austria

see " Markenzeichen auf Silber" Nr. 956 it is used between 1775 and 1806

Hello, the "C I" is a Klagenfurt mark used for objects made before 1806. The IW under a crown would be the maker. No idea, though. Best wishes, Bahner
