Purity mark 875 is of Moskow assay ofice, which provides this service for the Kubachy Factory.
Very familiar goblet whith the same mark was bought by friend in USSR in official government run shops in early 70's (before 1979).

Most likely this goblet has been made for years in Russia by the company that you noted and is listed in "Catalog of Hallmarks on Items in Precious Metals, 1917-2000 (USSR and Russia)". N. Troepol'skaya. C. 2006, Moscow. look on pg 263, #4337, it lists КубачинÑкий ХудожеÑтвенный Комбинат with the mark - .9KXK as 1979.
This book is the continuation of P & L. I highly recommend it.
