Small spoon like a sugar spoon with decorative handle ending in an animal face. The top of the handle is decorated with small angel with bow & arrow. Stamped 835 on what looks like a sword with maker's mark which I can't make out.

Your spoon is Dutch, 1953+, can't help with the maker. The form is based on old Dutch cream spoons (roomlepel), they're often called "monkey spoons" in the U.S.
Mark of Zaanlandsche Zilversmederij.Well known silversmiths and famous for old-Dutch design silverwork. The business was founded by Gerardus Schoorl (1848-1915) in 1875, located in Amsterdam and Haarlem. Both his sons Cornelis (1877-1930) and Evert Schoorl (1885-1973) continued the business.
