Irish Castle & Dragon Crest

Hello Everyone,
This crest is engraved on a James England spoon that was made in Dublin in 1820 and also marked by M. West.
Looking forward to hearing responses.

Hi Pete,

Not sure, but perhaps to be associated with Barry.

The Barry name is a popular one in Ireland, and very much concentrated in the Cork area.

Aside from the crown, sure looks like a match. Maybe some Barry was ennobled along the way. Thanks for your help.
