Hi Paul,
I found some information...
Franciszek Malina seems to have been specialised in military orders and decorations and he probably married in 1927 and was executed in Auschwitz.
319. MALINA FRANCISZEK (ur. brak danych, Bieńkówka †Auschwitz);

Thank you for this information, my wife who speaks Polish will read the websites and try to investigate further. Her hobby is genealogy and she has experience of researching pre-war Polish family trees.
