Early Chinese Export Regency Style Tea Set Maker?

I believe I have an earlier Chinese export silver tea set. Set is very heavy, older silver patina. Tea pot looks to be regency style perhaps 1810-1820? Each of the 3 pieces are marked with 3 marks. Does any one know who the maker is? This set looks more Dutch than English? Is this early chinese export? Thanks for your help.

yes, this is chinese Silver , the city of makers is Tian Jing in china .
