I don't think this tie pin has travelled very far, unless I'm very much mistaken, it is a South African piece.
The two marks on the right of your lower photo appear to be 'STG' (upside down) for Sterling, and the other the springbok head, both known marks used on South African silver.
thanks Trev,the last mark which js partly cut out of pic is of a man on horse back,i was once told that is a mark of durban,where i hail from,never the less ,thanks for your input.
If the 'Dick King' mark is indicative of a particular Durban silversmith, could the third mark be the one illustrated below, and the fourth a dateletter. Tardy suggests that some form of date letter system was in use.
