JR & S Spoon

I really need some help in identifying an old spoon we dug out of our loft yesterday. I promised my son i would try to find out who made this and when, but after scouring the internet i am still unsure. It is marked JR & S and has EP in an oval shape, a letter A and another mark of which i am unsure of. I did wonder if it was made by John Round & Son.

We would be very grateful if somebody could tell us something about it.

Yes that is from John Round and Sons. There is a logo of it on this site.
