2 necklaces with marked, sterling components - designers?

I have two necklaces and would greatly appreciate any information on the designers/marks!

the first is faux pearl, but has an interesting sterling center piece marked as follows:

I have no idea who the maker of your faux pearl necklace is, but it's interesting that the clasp appears to resemble the trademark.
