Chester Snuff Box Marks

Hi All, Have had this piece for a long while. Tried looking it up under the Chester silversmiths with no luck. It measures 3 1/8" X 2 1/2". The makers initials are a bit worn, but look to be either W N or W H. Interested in finding out the maker of this piece and confirming the date made as 1808. Thanks much for your help. Bill

Hi. I would date your snuff box as 1895, the sponsor I believe would be William Neale.
