deco fruit kives and fork hallmark ID please

have searched for days but can't find this. Sterling band on the utensils is markder with intials JC or JG then the lion facing left then can't quite make out the next mark and the last is completely worn away.

Mark is for Birmingham 1890 but makers mark..no idea. Best wishes, Mike.

was able to find the maker using the Birmingham lead you gave me.

It's mainly about sterling thimbles but has tons of pics of Birmingham and some Chester silversmiths hallmarks. Very informative.
