This mark is on a set of fish forks and knives I have....does anyone recognize it? I have a feeling it may be Spanish.

Fishknive with ornamental sign
Hello
Please could you tell a little bit more - aren't there any other mark's on the stem? Where is placed this mark in question - on the backside, near the finial of the stem (or handle), like a monogram?
Maybe it is a »souvenir« from a beach holiday - somebody have sale to you - and the here shown mark is a property sign from a restaurant or hotel?
This mark’s Graphic Style didn’t look to me as a maker's or retailer's mark.
If possible spend some more words and photo. Thank you in advance!
Kind regards silverport
